USEFUL INFORMATION FOR OUR GUESTS
For a pleasant and safe stay, it is good to know the rules of the house's internal regulations.
For any further information, do not hesitate to ask.
CHECK IN
The apartment is exclusively reserved for guests who occupy it : it is therefore forbidden access to unauthorized people.
Check-in is from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm on the day of arrival. In any case, please provide us, even indicatively, an estimated arrival time, also communicating, where possible, any significant chamges, in order to be able to guarantee the check-in based on your need.
CHECK OUT
It is by 11:00 am on the day of departure. If you need more time please let me know in advance and we will arrange together the best possible solution.
DOCUMENTS
Upon arrival, the guest is required to show a valid identity document for registration, in accordance with current legal provisions. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the provisions of the penal code. The acquired data are processed in accordance with current privacy legislation pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003.
In any case, to make entry into the apartment easier and quicker, an email will be sent 48 hours before the expected day of arrival to check in online, which must be done within 24 hours before arrival.
City tax In the municipality of Certaldo: for holiday homes the amount of the tourist tax is €1.50 per person per night up to 6 days, Children under 14 are have not to pay for. The amount of this tax will be paid by the guests by cash.
KEYS
The access keys are given at check, in to be left on the shelf at the entrance in the apartment on the day of departure. It is absolutely forbidden to duplicate these keys.
THE APARTMENTS
Smoking, including electric cigarettes, is forbidden throughout the apartment. You can smoke safely, if you want, in the courtyard,
The structure is equipped with a wi-fi network for internet connection, free of charge.
The air conditioner is equipped with independent splits that can be operated switch with the remote control.
The kitchen is equipped with a sofa bed and various necessary appliances such as dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.
Coffee, tea and sugar are offered for you to enjoy moments of relax during your stay.
In the kitchen, under the sink you will find some bins that you can use to propely dispose your waste: paper and cardboard, plastic, glass and aluminium, organic.
Above each dustbin I have written you what it refers to. In the bathroom you will find towels, toilet paper, washing machine, In the other white cabinet there are all the products for washing and cleaning, so you don't have to buy them!
In the white cabinet you will also find a drying rack for drying clothes with an iron and ironing board.
In the bedroom you will find kitchens and additional blankets inside the wardrobe.
The courtyard is at your disposal to enjoy an aperitif, or sit and admire the stars.
PARKING
Parking is free throughout the street and the surrounding streets, you can park wherever you want inside the white lines.
ANIMALS
We are happy to welcome small pets ( notify at the time of booking), according that they are well-behaved and do not disturb other people's rest. We invite owners not to let their pet sleep on the bed or sofa.
HOUSE CLEANING
During the period of stay, cleaning service is not provided, for longer stays we will organize ourselves according to your needs and requests (paid service)
To avoid unnecessary consumption of water, energy and chemical products, the same rule applies to changing towels as for cleaning
THERE IS NO BREAKFAST SERVICE
As the service should be guaranteed in any season, it is not possible for us to offer it, but you have free coffee, tea and more at your disposal. You find everything in the pantry in the kitchen

PENALTIES FOR DAMAGES
The cost for lost keys is €15.
The cost of damage caused to the plumbing system is subject to prior evaluation by a technician
